Please ensure that the following required documents are up to date when
you meet with the school
- Annual / termly report
- Copy of parents’ Identity documents
- Copy of student’s birth certificate
- If Catholic, a copy of the baptism certificate
- Copy of immunisation card
- Last 3 months’ bank statement
- Last 3 pay slips

The process
Once you’ve submitted the short form, we will be in touch with you within two
school days. We’ll then call/email you to set up a time to come in for a short
meeting. From there, your child will complete a fun placement test.
