Activities for children

We will run a drawing competition beforehand at pre-schools and display the entries at school. The winner will be announced at the Early Learning Festival.

  • Magic show. Come and enjoy our show which encourages children to interact and participate.
  • Puppet theatre. Make your own puppet.
  • Fun with art. Come and make art together. Art stimulates creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Games. Come and Learn through Play.

Talks: Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech therapist, teachers and other experts

Drawing competition

Prize: Winner gets a Lego set and there are a number of consolation prizes.

Draw a picture of what you want to be when you grow up. Think about these questions: ”What will you be doing? Where will you be? What will your job be? Will you have children? Where will you live?”

Bring artwork along on the day or drop it off at Sacred Heart College before the Festival. Artwork will be showcased and judged on the day.

To win you need to attend the festival.
