The Grow Barrel provides an effective method of producing lots of fruits and vegetables on a small footprint as one barrel requires less than one square meter of space. The Grow Barrel is a fully sustainable system with a worm farm at the center of the barrel, which produces worm casting and a vermicompost solution that provides nutrients to the plants. Our long term goal is to integrate concepts of gardening, food security and entrepreneurship across the curriculum and in all the grades.
